Today, NFL Commissioner, Rodger Godell, announced to a startled gaggle of the press in Miami that the Super Bowl could possibly be postponed.

‘It’s very simple’, Godell said. ‘The Senate may need some more time to accurately determine the guilt or innocence of president trump, so in deference to the president and all of the members of Congress who want to come to Miami, attend the free parties and watch the game in person, the NFL stands proudly in obedience for however long it takes to reach a conclusion in WDC. The Big Game could be played as scheduled this Sunday or we may have to wait a few short weeks. Whatever.

We have determined, however, that the Big Game must be played before the kickoff of the 2020 regular season in August.

‘It is important to note ‘said Godell ‘that we must keep Congress happy to in order to retain our monopoly exemption under the law. Hence, the game must be played with a full compliment of free-loading Senators and Congressmen at our parties and in the stands’.

‘And, by the way, Colin Kapernick’s name will not be spoken from this point on by the NFL. We, at the NFL are very pleased to acquiesce to the president’s explicit demand. The NFL is proud to keep politics out of the game.

Yesterday, Court Jester, Alan Dershowitz, opined the same principle on the floor of the US Senate by proposing that

“Every public official that I know believes that his election is in the public interest,”

Today, Alan Dershowitz pretty much gave trump carte blanche to ‘taking out’ his opponent in an election when he pontificated on the Senate floor during the Impeachment Trial that ...

Yesterday, Giuliani told trump that he just returned from Ukraine with a Huge Dump Truck load of Dirt on the Biden’s.

trump explained to Rudy that on the first day of the Trial, he wants Rudy to drive that huge star-spangled Ukrainian Biden Dirt Dump Truck, while wearing a red MAGA hat, right up the steps of the Capitol, crash through the doors and come to a screeching halt in the hearing chamber!

trump will position GoPro cameras and have his own camera crew covering the whole spectacular event.

Trump feels that the images of the ruckus alone are worth 2 Nielsen TV Rating points and at least 500,000 votes, mostly from truckers.

Trump intimated that Rudy doesn’t have to actually testify, he just has to drive the truck and make CNN’s evening news.

In an amazingly ignorant reading of the Inspector General’s Report*…

Trump, speaking to reporters in the White House yesterday, seemed to ignore I G Horowitz's topline finding, saying the report actually showed an "attempted overthrow" of the government "far worse than I ever thought possible."

The IG Report actually found the probe was justified and not politically motivated.

*Legal and unbiased origin of the probe: In no uncertain words, the Inspector General says there was no political conspiracy to undermine Trump's 2016 campaign.

Conspiracy theories debunked: The report essentially rebuts more than two years of talking points by Trump and Republicans about a deep-state effort to derail his campaign.

There were no FBI spies planted in Trump Tower, for instance.

And the famed dossier by ex-British spy Christopher Steele was not the reason the investigation was launched, the IG report states.

Inspector general Michael Horowitz specifically says that Peter Strzok, a former senior counterintelligence officer, and Lisa Page, a former FBI attorney, whom Trump has repeatedly vilified and mocked in crude ways, did not act out of bias or unduly influence the start of the investigation.
