Donald ‘Mandela’ trump may have gotten his wish yesterday when a jury of his peers (but honestly, who could be trump’s peer?) convicted him on all 34 felony counts sending trump on his way to a possible prison sentence.
In a presser after the conviction in a New York City courthouse, trump reminded everyone of a rally he had held in Derry, NH on Oct 22 2023 and an earlier campaign declaration in Iowa when had stated that he was a victim of politico persecution and continued by saying
“I don’t mind being Nelson Mandela because I’m doing it for a reason “
At that rally in Iowa rally he boldly said - “I would be willing to go to jail if that what it takes for our country to become a democracy again”
Trump continued by comparing
his case of election fraud to that of Mandela’s struggle. He bluntly stated
that ‘Horse face Stormy’ wasn’t all that great anyway, and
continued by saying that he was a “political prisoner” fighting to save
America, just like Nelson Mandela’s struggle.
Trump ended his diatribe
by shouting-
Say my name…I am Mandela!
