In Singapore, President Trump today stated to Kim Jong Un …
“As an
example they’ve got great beaches… I explained, you could have the best hotels
in the world right there. Think of it from a real estate perspective.”
That statement was the beginning of an historic deal between North
Korea’s Dear Leader Kim Jong Un and Donald J Trump, Leader of Trump International
Hotels and also president of the United States.
With an eye toward the burgeoning millions of rich and ultra-wealthy
Chinese, Trump International has agreed to build and manage 12 high-end luxury resort
hotels and golf courses in North Korea ...some with beach front property.
The deal will give Kim Jong Un 34% of the deal and Trump International
32%. Kim has agreed to supply the construction labor from his vast gulag empire
and Trump declared that Russian oligarch friends of his will fund the project
and receive a 34% cut of the deal.
President Trump has promised that after the hotels are built and
opened, he and Kim will tackle the easier North Korean nuclear and missile
weapon programs.
