that Trump is to be (partially) Barred from Crazy Tweets

A congressional WikiLeekZ source has discovered a
Bill with bi-partisan support in both the House and the Senate. So far, there
are 97 Senate co-sponsors and 412 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives. Rarely
has there been such unanimity in both houses of Congress and after only 18 hours
since it was written and introduced. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee
and the Senate Rules and Reform Committee both brought the Bill out of
committee with unanimous votes and without discussion.
The Bill is titled Give
Americans a Break! and reads:
Whereas the Citizens
of the United States of America, in order to get much needed sleep, be more
productive and reduce their anxiety and growing dependency upon Valium and
Aspirin, the Give America a Break!
Bill Hereby declares that the current President of the United States, Donald J
Trump, shall, upon passage of this Bill, refrain from
using Twitter for any 4 days of his choosing each and every week
Henceforth.
Furthermore, A Special Investigatory
Committee composed of eminent scientists, psychologists and sleep experts will
monitor the Mental Health of the Nation each week and if improvement is not scientifically
evident, One More Day per Week will be added to the No-Tweet Period until the
Mental Health of the Nation is Stabilized.
The Give America a Break Bill! will expire
at the end of His term.
WiKiLeekZ reminds its readers that with such overwhelming congressional support, a Veto by Trump will be ineffective
