The Trump Administration, in its Budget Proposal, seems to be channeling the 17-18th C. writings of Jonathan Swift.

WikiLeekZ has discovered that Steve Bannon gave President Trump a elementary school edition of Swift's A Modest Proposal as a inauguration gift. In his satirical book, Swift put forth such proposals as...impoverished Irish parents may consider selling their children to rich English men and women...for food. This proposal, in Swift's satire, would also obviate the need for abortions.

Thus, A Modest Proposal may well be the basis for cutting from Trump's proposed budget such socially, humane items such as Meals on Wheels, Women's Health Care at Planned Parenthood, deep cuts at HUD and medical research at the NIH.

Further channeling Swift, Trump's Modest Budget Cut Proposals slash support of the EPA, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the NEA & Humanities among many other spirit-sustaining, enlightened, culturally significant programs.

It seems as if the health and welfare for all of the country is not an important issue to Trump. Consequently, WikiLeekZ  completely understands that if a big part of the country is dying, ill, does not have clean water to drink or air to breathe and is starving, we certainly don't need music, museums, theatres or 'Educational TV'.
